Aya is a Vedic astrologer, Ayurvedic practitioner and Tea ceremonialist. Her sensitivity had her pondering life's big questions from a young age, and this eventually led her to train in healing modalities such as spiritual healing, Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga therapy and Jyotish. In 2019, she also started practicing tea ceremony as a way to reconnect with her Japanese heritage and is passionate about promoting tea as a ritual. She draws upon a Vedic philosophical framework in her practice and is grounded, practical and empowering in her approach. Her mission is to help others live a balanced and soul-fulfilling life that is unique to each individual.
